Terms of Service for SupportGPT

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use SupportGPT for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding sign-in credentials, assigning appropriate workspace roles, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or integration credential has been compromised.

SupportGPT provides tools for creating and operating AI-assisted support agents, adding knowledge sources, handling conversations, reviewing analytics, and connecting supported third-party services. The features available to you depend on your current plan, configuration, and deployment.

We may update the service to add features, address security or legal requirements, or improve reliability. Preview, beta, or experimental features may change or be withdrawn and are provided without a commitment that they will become generally available.

You retain your rights in the files, URLs, instructions, messages, contact details, and other content you submit to SupportGPT. You grant us and our service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and comply with law for the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and allow us to process it. Workspace customers decide how their agents are configured and what visitor information they collect. They are responsible for their own notices, consent, retention instructions, and use of chat data under applicable law.

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for testing agent behavior, reviewing important output, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and deciding whether to rely on or publish a response. SupportGPT is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Some configurations can send requests to third-party endpoints or connected services. You control those configurations and are responsible for their instructions, credentials, permissions, side effects, and compliance with the third party's terms. Do not configure an automated action where an incorrect or repeated request could cause material harm without an independent safeguard.

You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; facilitate fraud, abuse, or harassment; access systems or data without authorization; bypass security, usage, or billing controls; probe or disrupt the service; resell access unless we agree in writing; or submit content you do not have the right to process.

You must not use AI output as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a person. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

Current prices, billing intervals, included message credits, storage limits, seat limits, agent limits, and other plan details are shown on the plan page or at checkout. Usage credits are service units, have no cash value, and are not transferable. The applicable plan display and checkout terms control if marketing copy conflicts with them.

Paid subscriptions renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Our payment provider processes payment details and provides the billing portal. Renewal timing, currency, taxes, and any provider-specific terms are shown during checkout or in the portal. Cancel before the next renewal date shown there if you do not want another charge; cancellation does not normally reverse charges already completed.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, paid fees are non-refundable. We may review refund requests at our discretion, and an approved full refund, chargeback, or payment dispute may end the related paid entitlement. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

SupportGPT relies on infrastructure, AI model, billing, email, analytics, storage, and other providers and can connect to optional customer-selected integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for a third party's service, content, availability, or independent use of information.

SupportGPT and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, documentation, and content we provide. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized; they do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but you do not transfer ownership of your separate customer content through feedback.

You may stop using the service and may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct, or when required by law. We may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue when practical and appropriate.

Before deleting an account or workspace, export or retain any information you need. Deletion can be irreversible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not promise that the service, an integration, or AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or meet every requirement.

Any written service-level, support, security, or other commitment applies only if it is included in a separate agreement signed by an authorized SupportGPT representative.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportGPT and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SupportGPT for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. The courts with lawful jurisdiction will resolve disputes that the parties cannot resolve informally.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. Continuing to use the service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
